According to the company’s annual report, in exchange for attending the board meeting, Akash and Isha Ambani were given a meeting fee of Rs 5 lakh each. Apart from this, he also got a commission of Rs 2.5-2.5 crore. Anant Ambani also gets financial benefits through board level responsibilities.

The company says that due to high crude oil prices, economic slowdown and increasing tension in the Middle East, global oil demand may be affected in the future.
