stanlow [यूके]/Mumbai [भारत]July 6 (ANI): Essar Energy Transitions has renewed its strategic partnership with Petraco. The company said in a release that it has successfully completed the renovation of a US$300 million crude facility between Essar Energy Transition Fuels and Petraco Oil Company SA.
According to the release, Essar Energy Transition Fuels, the owner and operator of the UK’s Stanlow Refinery, is investing in low-carbon energy solutions and decarbonization of its industrial assets. “The company has completed a three-year, US$300 million strategic crude and product facility renewal,” the release further said.
It said the deal further strengthens Essar Energy Transition Fuels’ strategic relationships with key players. “This deal is an important next step as Essar Energy strengthens strategic relationships with key industry players such as Transition Fuels, Petraco Oil Company SA,” the release said.
It further said, “This further strengthens feedstock security in an increasingly volatile global energy market, enhancing Essar Energy Transition Fuel’s ability to respond to changing market conditions and capture value in its refining and trading activities. The facility also provides stability and strength to its capital structure.”
Officials expressed happiness over the partnership
Satish Vasuja, Chief Financial Officer, Essar Energy Transition Fuels, said they are excited to renew the partnership with Petraco. “This important deal reflects the strength of this strategic relationship and will ensure we can build on our strong business performance.” Alberto Salsiccia, Chief Financial Officer of Petraco Oil Company SA, said, “We are pleased to finalize this trading facility for the next three years with Essar, a UK national energy player.
