Emirati riders dominate Royal Windsor Endurance Races

Emirati riders delivered another outstanding performance on the international endurance stage after dominating the races at the royal grounds of Windsor Castle during the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

The annual festival features a range of equestrian and entertainment events and is being staged this year alongside celebrations marking the coronation of King Charles III.

Emirati riders swept the top three positions in the CEI2* 120km endurance race. Saeed Ahmed Al Marri of F3 Stable claimed victory aboard Folibel Du Fausset, completing the race in 4:57:51 hours at an average speed of 24.2 km/h.

Second place went to Khalfan Beljafla of MRM Stable riding SW Kadlight, who crossed the finish line in 5:01:00 hours. Third place was secured by Faris Jamal Al Meheiri of F3 Stable aboard Icar Au Xois AA with a time of 6:29:38 hours.

The UAE’s dominance continued in the CEI1* 100km race, where Saeed Mohammed Al Meheiri of MRM Stable took the title riding Bullio Ahnu, recording a time of 3:43:21 hours at an average speed of 26.9 km/h.

Saif Al Mazrouei of MRM Stable finished second aboard SW Lea in 3:43:24 hours, while Germany’s Ema Chazel claimed third place riding Izak De Lacharme AA with a time of 3:43:26 hours.
