Sheer Khurma
If you want to make a traditional Muslim dessert, Sheer Khurma is the perfect choice. While it’s a staple during Eid ul-Fitr, people love it just as much on Bakra Eid. To prepare it, you slowly cook milk, vermicelli (sevaiyan), dates, dry fruits, and cardamom on a low flame. Once it becomes thick and creamy, you can serve it either hot or chilled.
