Ingredients to make Restro Style Chicken Soup
About 250 grams boneless chicken (cut into small pieces), 1 large onion (finely chopped), 5–6 garlic cloves (crushed), 1 inch ginger (grated), 1 carrot (finely chopped), ½ cup sweet corn, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 4 cups chicken stock or water, ½ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp soy sauce (optional), 1 tsp Vinegar (optional) and green onion or coriander for garnish.
