Capsicum Corn Salad
Material: 1 cup boiled sweet corn, 1 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 small onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, black pepper, salt and green coriander.
Method: Mix corn, capsicum and onion in a large bowl. Now add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and green coriander and mix well. If you wish, sprinkle some chaat masala on top. This is a healthy, colorful and quick salad, which you can serve as a snack or side dish.
