After this incident, the victim went to her maternal home and came to the police with her mother and filed a report against her father -in -law. Beating on protest against rape
According to the victim, a few days ago, the accused father -in -law came from outside after drinking alcohol and saw the opportunity in the state of intoxication and caught her and tried to rape her. During this time, the victim called for her relationship, despite the accused, the victim resisted strongly. On this matter, the accused father -in -law was enraged and raised the stick lying nearby and beat him badly. According to the victim, after hearing her scream, the people around reached the spot and with great difficulty saved her from the clutches of the accused.
Police filed a case, accused arrested
According to the victim, on receiving the information, her maternal uncle reached there and came with her. After coming to the maternal uncle, he has been admitted to the hospital and after being discharged from the Apatal, he has come to the police station with his mother and filed a case against the accused. On the other hand, Dasuha police station in -charge Harpram Singh said that a case has been registered against the accused in the relevant sections against the victim. The police arrested the accused and questioned him. Now further action is being taken after sending the accused to jail.
