Drink this soup for dinner to lose weight

To lose weight, dinner should be light and dinner should be eaten 3 hours before going to bed. If possible, have dinner around 7 pm.

Consuming moong dal helps in boosting your metabolism. These pulses are rich in protein and also provide essential nutrients to the body.

Moong dal contains a fiber called pectin. It is excellent for intestinal health and improves bowel movements.

It contains very few calories and hence is beneficial for weight loss. This soup contains 65 kilo calories. It also helps in detoxifying the body.
Oats are also a good option for weight loss. It keeps blood sugar level under control. A lot of vegetables are used in this soup. It is very beneficial for digestion and cleansing the stomach.

Oats Soup for Weight Loss

  • Material
  • Soaked Moong – half cup
  • Soaked oats – half cup
  • Ginger – half inch
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Onion – half
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Vegetables (mushroom, peas, cabbage, carrot, capsicum) – 1 cup
  • Water – 4 glasses

how to make soup

  • – Add some ghee in the pan.
  • – Now add ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli and all the vegetables and fry a little.
  • – Blend oats and moong well in the mixer.
  • – Now put this paste in the pan with vegetables.
  • Add about 4 glasses of water to it and boil it on medium flame.
  • Boil it for about 10 minutes.
  • Now add lemon juice to it.
  • Your healthy soup is ready.
  • Drink it with dinner.
