Tomato and Carrot Soup

Tomatoes contain lycopene and carrots are rich in Vitamin A, which is considered beneficial for increasing immunity and eye health.

Material

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp butter

Method of preparation
