Materials required for this
- Flowers: 40 grams
- Ginger: 1/2 inch
- Bit: 1 Medium
- Carrot: 1 medium
- Garlic: a little
- Lemon : 1/2
- Coriander: a handful
- Water: 500 ml
- Salt
- Ghee: 1-2 tbsp (optional)
Method of preparation
- First of all, cook the flowers, grated ginger, grated beetroot, grated carrot, grated garlic and 500 ml water in a pressure cooker. – Then add salt and black pepper powder and mix.
- After mixing everything in a pressure cooker, cook it for 3 whistles. You have to close the lid of the cooker properly so that pressure can build up.
- After 3 whistles, do not open the cooker immediately but let the pressure release on its own. – When the pressure is released, open the lid of the cooker and add the juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Garnish with a handful of coriander. Transfer it to a large bowl and serve hot.
