  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying as required
  • 1/4 cup nylon sev
  • 1/4 cup masala sing
  • 1/4 tsp green coriander
  • 1/4 cup sweet chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • Onions as required for garnishing

  • – Now first of all add salt, oil and water to the flour and knead the dough. – Now cover this flour with a wet cloth for 30 minutes. – Now mash boiled potatoes and peas in a bowl. Prepare the stuffing by adding garam masala, dry mango powder, green chilli paste, green coriander and salt.
  • – Now make small puri of the dough, place the prepared stuffing in the middle, apply water on the edge and fold it. You can create the design with your own hands. You can also shape the holes in the mold.
  • – Now fry the filled Ghugra in hot oil until it turns light brown. – Now press the prepared Ghugra in the middle and add green chutney and sweet chutney. Sprinkle masala ring and finely chopped sev over it and serve.
