Today we will make Mawa Roll. You must have seen these sweets in the shop. There is no need to do much for this. You can make this recipe with milk, dry fruits, ghee and bread slices and mawa. So let us know what ingredients are required to make Mawa Roll.

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp dry fruits
  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti

for stuffing

  • 50 grams mango
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Method of preparation

  • – First of all boil milk and then add sugar to it.
  • – Add custard powder and cold milk in a bowl and mix. – Add dry fruits and cardamom powder to this milk and cool it.
  • – To make the filling, put ghee in a pan and add some milk. Then add Mao in it and mix well. When the milk gets burnt in the mau and the mau becomes thick, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Now make a roll of this mixture.
