Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh has been in the news for a few months for his Diluminati tour. Before India, he did concerts in America, London and many other places, for which he received a lot of love. However, even before this tour started in India, singer Diljit was embroiled in controversies. Now recently, in his show held in Hyderabad, the government had sent him a notice to make changes in some things, on which the singer’s reaction has come to the fore.
Recently, Diljit Dosanjh’s concert was organized in Gujarat, where a large crowd of people gathered to see him. While performing in the concert, the singer shared his reaction on the notice given by the Telangana government. In fact, shortly before his concert in Telangana, he received a notice in which he was asked not to sing songs based on alcohol, drugs and violence and not to invite children on stage.
Bollywood stars also targeted
Diljit said on stage during the concert in Gujarat, the good news is that today I have not received any notice and what is even happier is that even today I will not sing any song on alcohol. I will not sing songs on alcohol because Gujarat is a dry state.” The singer further said that thousands of songs have been made on alcohol in Bollywood, I have made maximum 2 to 4 songs and now I will not sing even that, there is no tension. This is not a difficult task for me because I do not drink alcohol myself nor do I advertise alcohol like Bollywood actors.

Declare all states as dry states
Targeting the Telangana government’s notice on songs containing alcohol, Diljit said that let’s start a movement that if all the states in our country declare themselves as dry states, then from the next day onwards I will not drink alcohol anytime. Will not sing songs. Could this be? There is huge revenue, everything was closed during Corona but liquor vends were open. You cannot fool the youth. Apart from this, he also offered to declare a dry day for one day in the places where his show is being held. The singer said that if this happens then I will never sing a song about alcohol.
