According to the WHO report, this drug used in the treatment of diabetes and weight loss has been found to be fake in many places, which can have a serious effect on the health of the patients.
Beware of fake medicines
The WHO report states that fake forms of drugs like Semaglutide are being found in various countries of the world – Brazil, United Kingdom, Ireland and recently in the US. Due to not having the necessary active component in these fake drugs, blood sugar does not control, causing patients to face many health problems. In addition, the intake of fake drugs for weight loss can also prove to be dangerous.

When relying on medicines becomes risky, there are some home remedies that can help control your blood sugar level permanently:
1. Ramkarela
The glycemic index of Ramkarella is extremely low, which helps in controlling blood sugar. Consuming Ramkarella regularly keeps balance in insulin levels. Polypeptide properties and fiber are also found in abundance in it. Ramkarela is produced in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand in September and October, which is rich in iron and helps in increasing immunity.
2. Palash flowers
