Delhi: In a shocking incident in the Roop Nagar area of North Delhi, a wife cut off her husband’s private part following a quarrel.
After the incident, the victim has been admitted to the hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment. According to Delhi Police, the woman is absconding, jagran.com reported.
As per the Delhi Police, they received a phone call on Friday stating that a woman had cut off her husband’s private part. He is undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital. The police added that more information will be available when the man is able to speak.

In another incident, earlier this year, a woman bit her husband’s private parts as she was irked by his continuous demand for unnatural sex in Uttar Pradesh’s Hamirpur. Following the incident, the victim, Ramu Nishad, was hospitalised in a critical condition.
As per a report by India Today, an argument broke out between the couple at night regarding unnatural sex. As the fight escalated, the wife bit her husband’s private parts with her teeth, injuring him badly. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was shifted to another hospital as his condition was critical.
A case was registered under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the wife for voluntarily causing grievous injuries and Section 506 for criminal intimidation.
In June, last year, a woman was booked for allegedly attempting to chop off her husband’s private parts following an argument in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur. The victim was identified as a resident of Varun Vihar, a cleaner by profession
An initial probe into the incident revealed that the wife tried to cut the husband’s genitals while he was sleeping at night.
