Make these settings on your WhatsApp

Here you will see the option of Block Unknown Account Message. Enable this option. Open WhatsApp and click on the Settings option. Here the option to hide the IP address will be shown. For this, first of all click on the three dots on the right corner, go to the settings option. Scroll down a bit and click on the Privacy option. Here you go to the IP address option and hide it. After this your IP address will not be shown on your calls.
