Raipur’s Consumer Court’s historic decision on E20 Petrol came out. The court ruled in favor of the consumer on the complaint of the vehicle being damaged. The court ordered the car company to give a new car to the consumer or else the entire money should be refunded. This decision of the court is quite historical. This is going to provide direct relief to consumers.
