Real Estate Portfolio-Properties spread across Tamil Nadu
Vijay’s property portfolio includes residential houses, commercial sites and land across Tamil Nadu, with a total value of Rs 220 crore. Of this, Rs 115 crore has been invested in 10 residential properties located in Neelankarai, Saligramam, Mylapore, Egmore and surrounding areas. Commercial properties worth Rs 82.8 crore are spread across Parivakkam, Thyagaraya Nagar, Sholinganallur and Koppur.
