Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Agra on Tuesday. Here he attacked the Congress fiercely. The Chief Minister said that the Congress is pretending to adopt the views of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar for political gains. The Congress is insulting his legacy in a systematic manner. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister alleged that the Congress, which called the Constitution for political benefits, tried to sideline Baba Saheb on every occasion.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath questioned the Congress from the stage, who defeated Babasaheb in the 1952 and 1954 by -elections? Who opposed the involvement of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar in the first cabinet of independent India? He said, the leaders of the Congress party, who insulted Baba Saheb throughout their lifetime, are now confusing people with a constitution in their hands.
Congress attacked the soul of the Constitution
The Chief Minister also accused the Congress of tampering in the preamble of the Constitution. He called it an attack on the soul of the Constitution. CM said, just as the soul is necessary for the body, in the same way the preamble is important for the Constitution. The Congress strangled the constitution by imposing emergency on the country. The CM also accused the Congress of refusing to build a memorial of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar in Delhi for decades and not giving him Bharat Ratna.
Did not give an inch land for Babasaheb in Delhi
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “On the one hand, a 50 -acre memorial was gifted to the families of Congress, on the other hand, an inch of land was not given for Babasaheb in Delhi.” He said, he was Atal Bihari Vajpayee who supported the government, who gave Bharat Ratna to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.
The country will run through the constitution of Baba Saheb
CM Yogi said, some people are saying that there is more Sharia for him than the Constitution. I want to tell them that India will run from the constitution created by Babasaheb, where the law of Sharia applies, they should go there. During this, he also attacked the Samajwadi Party and said, remember, this was the party that changed the name of the medical college made in the name of Babasaheb. Our government again named that medical college in the name of Babasaheb.
