Commonwealth Games 2026 Day 6 Live Updates: Weightlifter Harjinder Kaur secured India’s 11th medal at the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games after clinching silver in the women’s 69 kg event on Day 6. Harjinder, a bronze medalist at the previous CWG, lifted a combined total of 227 kg to deliver India’s 6th silver of the Games.
India is now assured of at least 15 medals, with boxers Jadumani Singh in the men’s division, alongside Priya Ghanghas, Preeti Pawar, and Lovlina Borgohain in the women’s events, all guaranteeing podium finishes after advancing to their respective semi-finals.
