Summons issued on 23 October
In this case, after the hearing on October 4 under the chairmanship of Joint Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Amol Shinde, Rahul Gandhi was asked to appear in the court. For this, summons were also issued on 23 October. This hearing took place in MP/MLA court. But Rahul Gandhi did not appear in the court. He said that he had not received any summons.
While talking to the media, Satyaki Savarkar’s lawyer Kolhatkar told that on Monday he has appealed in the court that summons should be sent to Rahul Gandhi to appear in the court.
