Causes harm in these diseases

Avoid drinking too cold water
You can drink cold water in summer but try that it is not too cold. Cold water can cause harm to health. If someone comes home in summer and immediately drinks cold water, it worsens the body temperature. In such a situation, cold, cough or cold occurs.
People with asthma or sinus, migraine patients, people with frequent throat infections, small children and the elderly should avoid drinking it. The right way to drink it is not to gulp it down immediately. Do not drink ice water immediately after coming out of the sun. If needed, add ORS or lemon to it and drink it.
