Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has unveiled Maverick Jaspal: The Man Who Changed Indian Shooting, a book documenting the life, sporting journey and achievements of legendary Indian shooter Jaspal Rana. The book was presented to the chief minister by members of Rana’s family during a meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence.
