CM Nitish Kumar inaugurates bypass ROB, gives gift to Daniyawan of Patna

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday unveiled the foundation stone of Daniyawan Bypass ROB under the National Highway 30A (Fathuhan-Harnaut Barh) road project at Daniyawan in Patna district. After the inauguration, the Chief Minister inspected the Daniyawan ROB and said that with the construction of this ROB, the local people will get a lot of convenience in transportation. Earlier, there used to be a problem of traffic jam here due to Railway Gumti. Now with its commencement, vehicles will be able to operate smoothly.

National Highway-30A starts from Fatuha and goes till Barh via Daniyawan, Jaitipur Mor, Harnaut, Saksohra. Its total length is 71.77 kilometers. Presently the construction of 1.17 km Daniyawan Bypass has been completed by the Railways incorporating the new ROB for the proposed railway line.

There was heavy traffic jam due to railway gate.

The main objective of the construction of Daniyawan Bypass is to get rid of the traffic jam caused by the railway gate located in Daniyawan market and to ease the traffic system. With the commencement of traffic on this route, there will be better connectivity between Patna district and Nalanda district. This path is located at 36.474 kilometer Patna district and 35.30 kilometer Nalanda district.

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, Additional Chief Secretary of Road Construction Department Mihir Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. S. Siddharth, Secretary to Chief Minister Kumar Ravi, Secretary of Road Construction Department B. Karthikeya Dhanji, Commissioner Patna Division Mayank Barwade, Bihar. State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited Chairman Shirat Kapil Ashok, District Magistrate Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police Rajiv Mishra and other persons and senior officers were present.
