Chief Minister Helpline 1076: In Chhattisgarh, services like ration card, Aadhar card correction and residence certificate are being resolved rapidly through Chief Minister Helpline 1076 and Seva Setu.

Trips to government offices, long waits and delays in solving small problems have been a major problem for the common people. But in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Helpline 1076 and Seva Setu, operated under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, are now becoming a medium of relief for thousands of people. Through these initiatives, timely and transparent resolution of essential services like ration card, Aadhar card, residence certificate is being ensured.

The family got ration card from the Chief Minister’s helpline.

Abhishek Chaturvedi, a resident of village Ori of Patan development block of Durg district, was trying for a long time to get a ration card made for his wife Sheetal Chaturvedi. Despite applying several times, his work could not be completed, due to which the family was deprived of the benefits of government schemes.

After this he lodged a complaint in the Chief Minister Helpline 1076. After receiving the complaint, the concerned department took immediate action and completed the necessary process and issued the ration card within a few days. The family expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and the district administration for getting timely solution.

Aadhaar correction and residence certificate also received on time

Shamabai Kumud Ramteke of Khairagarh district was troubled by the problem of address error and biometric update in Aadhaar card. Despite many efforts no solution was found. As soon as the complaint was registered in the Chief Minister Helpline, the officials started action and completed the entire process by making necessary corrections in the Aadhaar card.

Indresh Kumar Vishwakarma, a resident of village Pachpedi of the same district, urgently needed a residence certificate for engineering admission. He applied through Seva Setu, after which the administration issued the documents on the same day. By getting the certificate on time, his admission was saved from being affected.

The state government says that the objective of Chief Minister Helpline 1076 and Seva Setu is to provide transparent, accountable and time bound services to the citizens without unnecessary delays.
