This decision was given by Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma. During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, on behalf of the Central Government, told the court under what circumstances the decision to block the account was taken.

After hearing the Centre’s argument, Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma said that the main reason given for blocking the account has now been eliminated. In such a situation, the X account should be restored. On this basis, the court ordered to unblock CJP’s X account.
