City To Experience Sunny Day; IMD Predicts Light Rainfall This Week

Bengaluru: The Garden City is set to experience sunny weather on Monday, March 7, 2025. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 19 degrees Celsius and maximum temperatures of 32 degrees Celsius. The city witnessed the Sunrise at 06:30 AM and the Sun is expected to set at 6: 30 PM. According to the IMD, the temperatures will remain pleasant and typical for early March. Dry weather is likely to prevail in North Interior Karnataka.

Meanwhile, regions in South Interior Karnataka is experiencing mostly cloudy skies and gusty winds. According to the weather department, dense fog is likely to prevail in the South Interior Karnataka. Cloudy skies and scattered showers is also predicted in these regions and coastal areas of the state.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to stand at 117 which indicates moderate air quality in the city and it’s adjoining areas. The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitering Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report for next five days on X and wrote, “Dry air is likely across the state and gale-force winds are likely to reach 30-40 kmph in Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Uttara Kannada districts of Coastal Karnataka today and tomorrow. And hot and humid.”

The IMD predicts primarily cloudy skies for Monday, March 11, 2025. The minimum and maximum temperatures will likely hover around 22 degrees Celsius and 33 degrees Celsius respectively. The humidity is predicted to be around 71 per cent and the wind is expected to blow steadily from the East at 21 km/h.

Weather forecast for March 12

According to the weather department, the minimum and maximum temperatures of the city will be around 22 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius, respectively, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Light rainfall will also occur on Wednesday. The wind is expected to blow from the Southeast at 13 km/h.
