When the responsible people reached there on receiving information that the lock of the Madrasa was broken, it was revealed that a skeleton had been found. However, it is not yet known whether this child was murdered or whether he might have been confined in the madrassa and died of hunger and thirst.
According to the information, Shabbir Ahmed, who lives in Bekanganj, has a two-storey house of about 100 square yards in Farm Lane in Pokharpur, Jajmau. In this, Shabbir’s son-in-law Parvez Akhtar used to run a madrasa in 2015. At that time more than 70 children studied here. Parvez Akhtar lives on Nai Road. The name of this madrasa was Qadariya Uloom.
Madrasa was closed four years ago
People living nearby told that this madrasa was closed about 4 years ago during Covid. Two years ago, Madrasa director Parvez Akhtar died of cancer. His son MJ told that a relative informed about the lock of the madrasa being broken. When we reached there we saw a skeleton inside. Whose information was immediately given to the police.
Shocking revelation
A shocking incident has also come to light in this entire matter. The date 20/05/2023 is written in the black board of the Madrasa. After which the question is arising that who continued studying here after the closure of the madrassa. Did anyone keep coming and going to the closed madrassa also? There is a kitchen behind the class room in the madrasa. There is a small room in front of it in which the skeleton of a child has been found. This small room also has a window. Apart from this, there is also a door towards the open ground at the back of the Madrasa.
Neighbors said that due to the forest in front, there was often a foul smell of dead animals. Therefore the foul smell of the dead body was not detected. The police have sent the skeleton for post-mortem and the forensic team has also collected evidence. However, it is not known whether the skeleton is that of a girl or a boy. Police say that it will become clear after investigation.
