During the public darshan program in Parsondi, Lakhanpur, Minister Rajesh Aggarwal listened to the problems of the villagers and instructed the officials to ensure time-bound solutions and benefits of the schemes.
Raipur. Tourism and Culture Minister Shri Rajesh Aggarwal visited Gram Panchayat Parsondi of Lakhanpur development block under the Jandarshan programme. During this, he established intimate dialogue with the villagers and listened to their problems, suggestions and local needs in detail. The Minister directed the officials of the concerned departments to ensure timely, transparent and quality disposal of all the applications received, so that people can get relief soon.
Many issues including drinking water, roads, electricity, education and health were raised
A large number of villagers participated in the public darshan program. People submitted applications related to drinking water system, road construction, power supply, revenue related matters, social security schemes, education, health services and other local problems to Minister Shri Aggarwal. The Minister discussed each issue in detail with the officials, taking it seriously. He directed that all departments should work with sensitivity and the benefits of government schemes should be made available to the eligible beneficiaries without any unnecessary delay.
Government’s priority to deliver benefits of schemes to the last person
Addressing the villagers, Minister Shri Rajesh Aggarwal said that the aim of the government is not just to announce the schemes but to ensure that their benefits reach the last person of the society effectively. He said that the Jan Darshan program is an effective medium of communication between the government and the public, where the common citizen can put his problems directly before the public representatives and the process of solving them gets faster.
Public trust is the biggest inspiration for public service.
Minister Shri Aggarwal said that it is the trust, affection and cooperation of the people of the area that inspires him to continuously serve the public. He said that living up to the expectations of every citizen and accelerating the overall development of the region is one of his top priorities. He assured that work is being done with continuous commitment to expand basic facilities in the area, speed up development works and effective implementation of public welfare schemes.
Instructions to officials for transparent and timely action
Minister Shri Aggarwal gave clear instructions to the officials that the benefits of all the schemes of the government should reach the eligible people with complete transparency and within the stipulated time frame. He said that the problems which can be solved immediately should be resolved without delay so that common citizens do not have to face unnecessary problems.

At the end of the program, the villagers praised the easy-going, simple and sensitive behavior of Minister Shri Rajesh Aggarwal. People expressed gratitude on his part for listening seriously to the problems and giving prompt instructions for solutions.
