In the meeting between Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Jharkhand Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore, development of border areas, public welfare schemes and cooperation between the two states were discussed.
Raipur. Jharkhand Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore paid a courtesy visit to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan today. During this, there were positive discussions between the two leaders on various important topics.
Relations between Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand described as historical and strong
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand are not just neighboring states, but there are also social, cultural and family ties between the two for a long time. He said that these relations have continuously strengthened the spirit of trust and mutual cooperation between the people of the two states. Specially mentioning the Jashpur region, he said that this region has an age-old close relationship with Jharkhand, which even today connects the citizens of both the states.
Discussion on development and public welfare schemes of border areas
During the meeting, both the leaders discussed in detail important topics like development of border areas, better implementation of schemes related to public interest and exchange of administrative experiences. During this, it was also emphasized that both the states can make development works more effective by learning from each other’s successful experiences.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai expressed confidence that mutual cooperation and better coordination between Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand will create new possibilities of development.
