Raipur. Chief Secretary Shri Vikassheel today held a high level meeting of senior officials regarding CM Helpline at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. In the meeting, he instructed all the departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of the complaints received through CM Helpline. He said that the problems of common citizens should be resolved within the stipulated time frame and no negligence will be accepted in this process.
CM Helpline Launch Date: New grievance redressal system will start from June 9, 2026
During the meeting, the Chief Secretary directed the officers of the General Administration Department that all necessary preparations should be completed on time for the successful operation of the CM Helpline starting from June 9, 2026. He said that necessary action should be taken by issuing guidelines to secretaries of all departments, heads of departments, divisional commissioners and district collectors, so that there is no hindrance in the operation of the helpline.
Online Complaint System: Information given about modern complaint management system
Chief Minister and Secretary of Good Governance and Convergence Department, Shri Rahul Bhagat gave detailed information about the modern complaint management system through a presentation in the meeting. He informed that under the CM Helpline, nodal officers of various departments will be given the responsibility of ensuring quality complaint redressal within the stipulated time frame. A system for automatic transfer of complaints between officers from L-1 to L-4 level has also been developed for resolution of complaints.
Citizen Feedback System: Special focus will be on the satisfaction of the complainant
Shri Rahul Bhagat also gave detailed information about the process of taking feedback of citizens’ satisfaction after resolving their complaints. He said that the entire system has been made transparent and accountable so that the quality of resolution of complaints can be ensured. He said that after the launch of the helpline, many convenient options will be available to the citizens to register their complaints.
Toll Free 1076: Complaint will be filed through phone, mobile app, WhatsApp and portal
After the launch of CM Helpline, citizens of the state will be able to register their complaints by calling toll-free number 1076. Apart from this, they will also be able to lodge complaints directly through web portal, dedicated mobile application and WhatsApp platform. The objective of this new system is to establish better communication between the government and citizens with quick and transparent resolution of complaints.
Chhattisgarh Governance: Many senior officials were present in the meeting
Additional Chief Secretary of Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Mrs. Richa Sharma, Principal Secretary of Law and Legislative Department, Mrs. Sushma Sawant, Principal Secretary of Tribal Development Department, Mr. Sonmani Bora, Principal Secretary of Women and Child Development Department, Mrs. Shehla Nigar and senior officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
Apart from this, Chief Minister and Secretary of Mineral Department Shri P. Dayanand, Secretary of Skill Development and Technical Education Department Shri Basavaraju S., Secretary of General Administration, Industry and Commerce Department Shri Rajat Kumar, Secretary of Transport Department Shri S.
