Chhattisgarh: A fight broke out over staring, two youths took life by crushing them with stones.

A surprising incident has happened in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh. Here two youths killed a young man on the road by crushing him with a stone. After the incident, the accused threw the body of the youth in the pond and fled from there. The only fault of this young man was that he had stared at the accused. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took the body into custody and conducted the post-mortem. While investigating the case, both the accused have been arrested. During police interrogation, the accused have confessed to the crime. The police is investigating the matter.

The matter took place on the evening of 31 October in village Muzgahan of Arjuni police station area of ​​Dhamtari. According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Amit Goswami. His father Mahendra Goswami has filed a complaint with the police. It is told that his son had left home for some work on October 31. The next day his body was found floating in the pond. Initially the police thought the case to be suicide, but after post-mortem it was found that the young man had serious injury marks on his head.

On staring, the accused crushed him with a stone.

After this, the police registered a case of murder against an unknown person and started investigation. During this time it was revealed that Amit had a fight with two youths of the same village, Deepanshu Sahu and Vikas Sahu. On this input, the police detained both of them and interrogated them. In this the accused confessed to the crime. The reason given by the accused for the crime is even more surprising. The accused told that Amit was staring at them. There was a fight between them regarding this matter.

The accused were identified through their clothes.

During this, they picked up a stone lying on the roadside and crushed Amit. When Amit died, both of them hanged him and threw him in a nearby pond and fled from the spot. Since there was blood splatter on the clothes of the accused during the fight, the accused also took off their clothes and threw them in the same pond. According to the police, the accused were identified only through their clothes and eventually they were arrested and sent to jail. According to the police, efforts will be made to start the trial in this case by presenting the charge sheet as soon as possible.
