A woman has appealed for justice in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. It is alleged that the police station put pressure on the woman to disconnect the CM helpline, after which the victim woman gave a complaint application form to the SP and asked for permission to commit suicide, on which Chhatarpur SP put a seal on the woman’s application form. Gave it to the receiving lady i.e. gave approval.
After this the matter gained momentum and it continued to grow. The victim woman said that we were not heard anywhere, so we sought permission from the SP to commit suicide, on which we were given permission. Now we have no option but to commit suicide. Actually, Shobha Jangaria, resident of Harpalpur in Chhatarpur district, lives in ward number 13 Khatik locality and the victim woman had given a complaint application in Harpalpur police station making allegations.

The woman had told in the application that her husband Rajendra Jangaria was beaten up under the influence of alcohol by Baladin Khatik and Dilip Khatik, residents of the locality, on the night of 10 November. In this case, the police registered an FIR on the complaint of the other party who had assaulted. After this, woman Shobha Jangaria had lodged a complaint against Harpalpur police station in CM Helpline 181.
Threat of being implicated in a false case
It was told that police station in-charge Pushpak Sharma was continuously pressurizing her to get the CM helpline disconnected, when the woman Shobha refused to get the CM helpline disconnected, the police said that she would be implicated in a false case. Due to this harassment, Shobha Jangaria gave a complaint application to SP Agam Jain on 18th November and sought permission to commit suicide, then Shobha was given a seal and signature from the SP office and received.
SP flatly denied
Since then the application form is becoming increasingly viral on social media. On the other hand, regarding this matter, the SP completely rejected the talk of suicide and while giving his clarification said that the woman had not told anything like committing suicide. Rather, there was talk of putting pressure on the CM to disconnect the helpline, on which SDOP Naugaon was immediately ordered to investigate, but the application given by the woman. It is clearly written on it “Application form for permission to commit suicide due to distress”.
