Raipur. Chhattisgarh Finance Minister OP Chaudhary visited Raigarh city on Friday and inspected the site of various development works. During this, he assessed the progress of many important projects being conducted in the city and received detailed information about the status of the works from the officials.
The Finance Minister reached the spot and inspected several major development works including Sindoor Park, Mini Stadium, Panchatatva Garden, Jute Mill Housing Board Complex, Mitthumuda Community Hall and Farhamuda Pond. He discussed with the concerned officials regarding the quality, speed and usefulness of the construction activities.
Instructions for construction quality and completion of work in stipulated time.
During the inspection, Shri Choudhary took information from the officials about the current progress, construction standards and scheduled timelines of each project. He gave clear instructions that all development works should be completed on time with high quality. He said that quality should not be compromised in any project and construction works should be continuously monitored to provide better facilities to the citizens. He also directed the officials to ensure transparency and accountability in the projects.
Preparation to make Raigarh a modern and convenient city
Finance Minister OP Chaudhary said that the state government is continuously working for the balanced and holistic development of Raigarh. The parks, sports facilities, community buildings and water conservation projects being developed in the city will play an important role in improving the quality of life of the citizens.
He said that after the completion of these development works, Raigarh will get a new identity as a modern, clean and city with better civic amenities. The objective of the government is to provide quality basic facilities to the public, so that the development of the city can get a new impetus.
Officials presented progress reports of projects
Senior officials of various departments were also present during the inspection. The officials informed the Finance Minister about the technical information, work progress and upcoming plans of all the projects. Also shared information about the efforts being made to complete the construction works in a time bound manner.
