CBSE has clarified that the ‘Roll Number Not Found’ message appearing on the Post-Result Services portal is not the result of any technical problem. This error is visible to those students who did not apply to get the scanned copy of their answer sheet in the first phase. According to the board, services like revaluation and verification of errors in answers were available only to those students who had applied for the scanned copy, hence other students cannot use these services and may see this message.
