
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, another guarantee of PM Modi is being completed in Chhattisgarh. Other digital services including cash payment will be started in 1460 gram panchayats of the state, on April 24, Panchayat Day. In the presence of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, an MoU was signed for “Atal Panchayat Digital Facilitation Center” in 10-10 gram panchayats of each development block of the state.
In these facility centers, villagers will now be able to get a lot of facilities under one roof. They will be able to withdraw money from their account easily, will be able to send money from their account to someone else’s account, pay the electricity-water bill and can take advantage of many facilities like pension-insurance in their panchayats only.
Another guarantee of PM Modi complete- CM
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai while addressing the program organized in district headquarters through video conferencing from his residence office said that today is a historic day for Chhattisgarh. He is going to fulfill another guarantee of Modi’s guarantee. During the assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had promised the people of Chhattisgarh to start cash payment facility in gram panchayats, which is now going to be completed.
The Chief Minister said that we have fulfilled most of the promises of Modi’s guarantee in a quarter of a year. Whether it has been purchased for farmers for Rs 3100 or paddy bonus of the last two years, Mahatari Vandan Yojana for women, Ramlala Darshan for the elderly, the start of the Chief Minister Tirtha Darshan Yojana, or the promise of giving Rs 10,000 per anniversary to 5 lakh 62 thousand agricultural laborers. Will be able to take advantage of other facilities including birth-death certificate and other facilities.
Every needy in the list of housing survey
The Chief Minister said that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a dream that everyone has a pucca house. During the tenure of the previous government, 18 lakh beneficiaries were deprived of housing. On the second day of taking oath, we approved 18 lakh houses in the cabinet meeting. So far we have received 14 lakh houses from the center. Two days ago, Union Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that three and a half lakh houses are going to be sanctioned for Chhattisgarh. To get all the houses, we have increased the scope of eligibility in the “Awas Plus Plus” survey, so that everyone’s home dream can be fulfilled.
He called upon all the public representatives of the program that the survey of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Plus Plus is being done from April 15 to April 30. The list of this survey includes the names of all the needy and eligible beneficiaries, so that they can get the benefit of the scheme.
Appeal for water harvesting in every village
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has expressed serious concern over the falling ground water level in the state. He appealed to adopt water harvesting to promote water harvesting from village to village. At the same time, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that the Atal Panchayat Digital Facilitation Center will prove to be a milestone to promote financial facility in panchayats. With this, there is definitely railway ticket booking at the same place or scholarship, pension amount will be available only in the gram panchayats.
He urged the attendees to take a pledge to work to increase the ground water level. He informed that on April 15, Chief Minister Sai will launch the survey campaign of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin. During this period, MPs, MLAs, District Panchayat and District Panchayats President, Vice President, Member, Sarpanch and newly elected public representatives were present in large numbers.
PMAY-G Panchayat Ambassador Invited
Panchayats which already have PMAY-G Panchayat ambassadors in the program were specially invited to the program. In the panchayats where no PMAY-G Panchayat Ambassador has been appointed, the appropriate person will be selected and the ambassador will be appointed.
In the program, information about the survey special fortnight “Peacock Sai Sarkar” Mahabhiyan (15 April to 30 April) was given to the beneficiaries in the program. Along with this, information was given regarding the ground water level of gram panchayats and public representatives were pledged to make water harvesting.
