‘Captain’ continued to fight even after retirement, FIR on thief officer after 11 years; The house of guest house was taken to the house

When an honest man is determined, those who do corruption or protect him have to kneel. This has been shown by proving this by retired from Technician Grade One in Railways. After his efforts, 11 years later, the Special Magistrate of Railways has ordered a case against a senior officer to file a case against the theft in the guest house of the railway. The case is of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. Captain Singh retired from the railway two years ago, but he continued to fight against the corrupt officer of the railway.

This case is a guest house, a railway spring factory guest house in Sithauli, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. One evening of 2014, Kaptan Singh was going home after completing his duty. At that time, he saw that chairs, tables, double beds etc. are being taken from the guest house and being taken somewhere. When Captain Singh was suspicious, he questioned. It was found that all this goods are being carried out to the bungalow of senior railway official Vivek Prakash. They were told that a guest pass has also been issued for this.

There was a lot of pressure to suppress the case

However, Captain Singh did not believe. When he investigated, it was found out that Vivek Prakash had stolen the property of the railway by constructing a fake gate pass. After this information came to light, Kaptan Singh complained to the high officials, but no action was taken. Rather, a lot of pressure was made on Kaptan Singh to suppress the matter. Finally, Captain Singh gave a complaint in the Special Court of Railways and continued to advocate. During this, all the related evidence was also given to the court. Meanwhile, he also retired in the year 2022, but he left no stone unturned in the lobbying.

Case filed on special court order

It is due to his strong lobbying that now the special court has taken cognizance of this complaint and ordered an FIR against senior railway official Vivek Prakash in the relevant sections. After this order, Captain Singh has expressed satisfaction. Said that even today the fight for honesty is not fruitless. It may be a little delay in it. He told that in this fight, he has to face many mental torture for justice.
