- If you do not get solution from TTE, you can contact Railways helpline 139. This number is based on IVRS- Interactive Voice Response System, where all mobile phone users can register complaints about their berth related issues.
- Apart from this, you can also use the official app of Railways ‘Rail Madad’. You can easily register your complaints through this app. Apart from this, your problems can also be shared on the social media platforms of Railways.
