On Monday, a similar hearing was going on in Justice Shubhendu Samant’s court in room number 7. Then suddenly the obscene video started playing. Action will be taken by IT cell
According to High Court sources, action will be taken by the IT cell of the High Court. Generally, when a hack occurs, a complaint should be filed with the police. However, no complaint has been lodged yet at the nearby Hare Street police station. The matter is also being investigated whether there was any negligence on the part of any employee of the High Court.
