A fierce fight took place after a dispute between two parties in Amtaura of Gida police station area of Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The victim’s side accused the police of covering up the case on the same day. After which the bullies carried out this incident again on Tuesday. The miscreants first set the victim’s house on fire and then shot the 55-year-old man dead. There was sensation in the area after the murder. At the same time, the police has said that a case will be registered against the bullies and action will be taken.
Actually, there was a dispute going on between Pateshwari Singh and Ramdhani Nishad, resident of Amtaura village of Gida area, regarding the land for a long time. According to the people nearby, there was a fierce dispute between the two parties on Monday night also. During this, Ramdhani accused Pateshwari. Singh’s wife was attacked with a stick and injured.
The land dispute between two parties in Amtaura escalated so much that one party opened fire on the other with a licensed weapon. In which a person named Ramdhani Nishad died due to bullet injury. The attackers fled from the spot after the incident. Police reached the spot after getting information and took the injured Ramdhani to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. The police has started searching for the accused who absconded after the incident.

On Tuesday evening, there was once again a dispute between the two parties. In which Ramdhani Nishad was shot and died on the spot. After the shooting, the attackers vandalized the house of the deceased and set fire to the thatch and other items outside the house. Due to which there was chaos in the entire village.
Police accused of negligence
After the incident, the son of the deceased has made serious allegations against the police. It is alleged that when a call was made after the dispute, the police arrived after an hour, yet no action was taken. Had action been taken, my father would not have been murdered today. The son alleges that Gida police is in collusion with the attackers. A large number of police forces are present at the spot and are investigating the matter.
