BTS is currently on a world tour after releasing their latest album, They recently wrapped up El Paso, Texas, where they performed for two days at the sold-out Sun Bowl Stadium.
Meanwhile, something heartwarmingly funny thing took place at the El Paso concert on day 2. As we know, J-Hope’s iconic introduction line “I’m your hope, you’re my hope, I’m J-Hope” is considered one of the most legendary signatures in K-pop, often referred to as his trademark intro, it has now Jungkook, V, Jimin, and Jin’s versions too. They added their names instead of J-hope and created their own.
J-hope’s introductory line gets BTS-fied by members
It was during ‘ Goyang concert, day 3, when Jimin mischievously thought of twisting J-Hope’s line and make one for his own. Now, at the day 2 of El Paso concert, along with Jimin, Jungkook, V, and Jin also joined. When J-Hope finished his iconic line, “I’m your hope, you’re my hope, I’m J-Hope,” Jungkook joined by saying, “I’m your kook, you’re my kook, I’m jungkook.”
On the other hand, Jimin added, “I’m your chim, you’re my chim, I’m chim.” However, V used a Spanish phrase and said, “I’m your mucho picante, you’re my mucho picante, I’m mucho picante.” Mucho Picante means a lot of spice or very spicy. Following them, Jin made his own phrase, “I’m your Jin, you’re my Jin, I’m Jin.”
What does J-Hope’s line signify?
J-Hope’s line defines his stage persona in the group as a positive and inspiring force, stemming from his desire to become a hopeful existence for BTS and ARMYs. During BTS concerts, this phrase is highly interactive. J-Hope typically says, “I’m your hope, you’re my hope, I’m J,” and the audience responds with “Hope!”. ARMYs often refer to him as their hope or sunshine, and it has been used consistently throughout his career.
Run BTS is back
While BTS is on a world tour, Run BTS has returned with a brand-new season. which made its highly anticipated return on April 23, 2026, after a three-year break. It features all seven BTS members (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook), promises even more wild and hilarious games.
It started with an epic zombie pillow fight in the first episode followed by members suggesting hilarious ideas for each of them Meanwhile, third episode of Run BTS 2.0 will premiere on May 5 at 5:30 PM IST. It is available on Bangtan TV YouTube and Weverse.
