Tumuru (Karnataka): A surprising case has come to light from Tumkuru district of Karnataka. Here on Sunday, June 28, a moving car suddenly caught fire on the Pune Highway. By the time help reached the spot, a person inside the car had burnt to death. A girl was also present in the car, it is said that she is said to be seriously injured.
When a moving car became a coffin of death
Jathiumuru Superintendent of Police (SP) Ashok Venkat said that Kallambela police station had received information about a car on fire on the Pune Highway. When the police team reached the spot, they saw a burnt car, whose number plate was yellow. The burnt body of a man, identified as Nagendran, was found inside the car.
Car caught fire after relationship dispute
- SP Ashok Venkat told ANI, “When we started investigating the incident, it came to light that the driver of the car and Ranya, the co-passenger of the deceased, were also involved.” Initial police investigation has revealed that Nagendran and a woman named Ranya were in a relationship. There was some discord going on between the two regarding their relationship. Due to this reason there was a fight between them. Police also said that a case of kidnapping is already registered in this matter in a local police station.
What is the reason for this terrible accident?
The SP further said, “He stopped the car due to the ongoing dispute between the boy and the girl. After the car stopped, they started fighting, after which the car caught fire. Police say that the real reason behind the fire and the entire truth of the incident is yet to be known. It is being investigated. What was the reason for the fire and the sequence of events,” the SP said.
Girlfriend’s condition is also dangerous
