A case that is straining relations has come to light from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. Here, due to a land dispute, two real brothers shot dead their own younger brother. The whole matter is of Kashisho village of Khair police station area. The father had evicted both his accused sons from his property. Angered by this, both the brothers along with their brother-in-law killed the younger brother and then fled from the spot. Meanwhile, the police reached the spot after the incident, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem.
Due to a land dispute in Kasisho village of Aligarh, two real brothers have shot dead their younger brother. The father had evicted two of the four sons from his property. There was a dispute going on in the family regarding this matter. The sister of the deceased youth told that on Thursday morning the father had reached the field to plow the field which was occupied by the elder brother. After reaching the farm, the two sons, who were evicted from the property, stopped their father from plowing the field and then started beating him.
Real brothers murdered younger brother
During this time, both the accused first beat their father and then shot their younger brother to death. Apart from the two brothers, their brother was also involved in this murder. As soon as the incident was known, there was an outcry in the family. A crowd of villagers gathered on the fields there. The villagers present on the spot informed the police about the murder. After which the police and FSL team reached the spot.
Police busy searching for the accused
Giving information about the incident, Area Officer Khair Varun Kumar Singh said that Krishna Bhardwaj (35) was shot dead by two real brothers in Kashisho village of Khair police station area. There was a dispute going on regarding the distribution of property between the brothers. Vijay Sharma and Radha Krishna, who were evicted from the property, have committed the murder of their own brother. Family members say that his brother-in-law was also involved in the murder. On the complaint of the victim’s family, the police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
