The main accused in the grenade blast case at the residence of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia in Jalandhar, Punjab, has been arrested from Delhi. A Punjab Police official said on Saturday that Saidul Amin was arrested with the help of central agencies and Delhi Police, who is a resident of Amroha in Uttar Pradesh.

Grenade attack at entertainment Kalia’s residence
DGP Gaurav Yadav said that Saidul is responsible for the grenade attack at Amin Kalia’s residence and is the main accused. The DGP said that there is a rapid and investigation to find out the stores, financial supporters and potential foreign connections associated with the attack. E-rickshaws used in this crime have also been recovered.
ISI and Lawrence Bishnoi gang conspiracy

The incident took place soon after the arrest of Satish alias Kaka alias Lucky of Bhargo Camp in Jalandhar and two local colleagues named Harry of Garha Road in Jalandhar, who helped the accused Saidul Amin. The mastermind of the conspiracy was Zeeshan Akhtar, who is close to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Pakistan -based ISI sponsored gangster Shahzad Bhatti, while the role of Pakistan -based Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) is also being investigated.

DGP Gaurav Yadav, along with Jalandhar Police Commissioner (CP) Dhanpreet Kaur, while addressing a press conference in Jalandhar, said that Saidul Amin, an accused from Amroha in UP, was caught from Delhi after a deep search in several states. He said that this arrest is a proof of coordination between Punjab Police, Central Agencies and Delhi Police in eliminating the terrorist network.
Police will bring Punjab on production warrant
The DGP said that the ongoing investigation has also revealed the financial link of those who carried out the grenade attack, under which the role of Abhijot, an accused from Haryana, has also been revealed, which was arrested by the Haryana Police after the shootout in Kurukshetra on Friday. He said that Jalandhar Commissionerate Police will bring him on production warrant for further investigation. DGP Gaurav Yadav said that further investigation is on to find out the handlers, financial supporters and potential foreign connections.
