
Suzuki 2 wheelers have joined hands with Flipkart. Now under this partnership, the company will sell Avenis, V-Strom SX, Gixxer and Gixxer SF 250 2-wheelers on Flipkart. Soon customers will be able to order these bikes and scooters through Flipkart. Suzuki has taken this decision to increase its sales and increase customers’ convenience.
Suzuki Motorcycle India achieved its higher sales in FY 2025 so far, in which a total of 12,56,161 two -wheelers have been sold in both domestic and export markets. It shows an increase of 11 percent from 11,33,902 units sold in FY 2024. The company is dominating the 125 cc scooter market, in which the Access model plays a good role in its sale.
Suzuki sales doubled in four years
The funny thing is that Suzuki’s sales have doubled in the last four years. In FY 2024, Suzuki’s domestic sales reached 10,45,662 units, which was 14 more than 9,21,009 units sold in the last financial year. During the same time, the company exported 2,10,499 units, which is slightly less than 2,12,893 units in FY 2024.
Suzuki launched a new scooter
Suzuki has updated the scooters of Avenis and Bergman series according to the OBD-2B rules. With these reforms, motorcycles like V-Strom, Gixxer SF 250, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF and Gixxer now complete OBD-2B standard with the entire range of Suzuki scooters including access. OBD-2B Suzuki Avenis is priced at Rs 93,200 ex-showroom. Apart from this, a new special edition has been launched in the Metallic Matte Black Number 2/Matte Titanium Silver at an ex-showroom of Rs 94,000. Standard model comes in four color options.
Specialty of suzuki avenis
The new Suzuki Avenis has a light all-aluminum 4-stroke single-cylinder engine with a capacity of 124.3cc. This engine is designed for a clean and efficient riding experience while maintaining its instant acceleration and agile handling. This engine generates 8.5 bhp power at 6,750 rpm and gives 10 Nm peak torque at 5,500 rpm. Apart from this, it also has Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology along with advanced fuel injection system.
