Bihar: Environment Minister inaugurated departmental exhibition, talked to farmers and Jeevika Didis

Prem Kumar, Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department in Bihar Government, inaugurated the departmental exhibition in Harihar area Sonpur Fair-2024 on Monday. On this occasion, he dedicated to the people the exhibition of models of departmental work being done in the field of eco-tourism in the state. Giving information about the departmental exhibition, the Forest Divisional Officer said that in the past years, departmental works like Tutla Bhawani Temple, Rohtasgarh Fort, Rajgir Zoo Safari, Eco Park Patna, Mandar Parvat, Bhim Dam, Vikramshila Ganga Dolphin Sanctuary, Valmiki Tiger Reserve etc. Has been given a living form.

Aranyaka substances were also given a place in the exhibition by the Eco Development Committee FDA of Bihar State. The work and achievements done by Bihar State Pollution Control Council and Bihar State Biodiversity Council were also shown. The minister also interacted with the farmers and Jeevika Didis benefited under the Agroforestry Scheme.
