The air quality index in Araria and Hajipur was recorded beyond 300, which means that the air quality here is in the hazardous category.
Even in the capital Patna, the air remains in severe category. According to Sameer App, AQI 269 was recorded in Patna on Monday morning. According to the Meteorological Department, today the minimum temperature of Patna is likely to be 17 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is likely to be 28 degrees Celsius. Whereas, AQI of Buxar was recorded 240, AQI of Begusarai was 227 and AQI of Bhagalpur was 296. Apart from this, Air Quality Index was recorded at 256 in Muzaffarpur, AQI 241 in Motihari and AQI 214 in Munger.
‘Poison’ in Araria and Hajipur air
Air quality index was recorded at 326 in Araria. Whereas, AQI 338 was recorded in Hajipur. Light fog was seen on the roads of Kishanganj early in the morning. AQI 303 was recorded here. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will be clear in Araria today. The sun will come out in the afternoon. However, there will be a feeling of cold at night and the temperature can go up to 17 degrees Celsius.
Cold has knocked in Biharsharif. The minimum temperature had reached 17 degrees Celsius at night. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature on Monday is expected to be 27 degrees Celsius. However, here too the air quality remains in the poor category. AQI 262 was recorded here.
