An amount of about Rs 619 crore has been distributed to these students. At the same time, the total number of beneficiaries in 2024-25 is about 33 lakh 41 thousand. An amount of about 358 crores has been distributed to these students.

Under this scheme, an amount of about Rs 110 crore has been distributed to the students. About 1 lakh applications have been received in the financial year 2024-25.
Chief Minister extremely backward class meritorious scheme
Under this scheme run by the department, the total number of beneficiaries in the financial year 2023-24 is about 1 lakh. An amount of about Rs 100 crore has been distributed to these students. The total number of beneficiaries in the financial year 2024-25 is about 1 lakh 10 thousand and an amount of about 110 crores has been distributed to these students.
Chief Minister Backward Class Meritorious Scheme
The total number of beneficiaries in the financial year 2023-24 under this scheme operated by the department is about 75 thousand. An amount of about Rs 75 crore has been distributed to these students. The total number of beneficiaries in the financial year 2024-25 is about 77 thousand and an amount of about 77 crores has been distributed to these students.
