The next 10 years are going to be India’s. At the same time, before the end of the year 2040, India will be the largest economy in the world. China and America will be behind him. India is going to be at the forefront of the world economy due to its young population. The biggest specialty of India is its young population. Who, besides being educated, is skilled and an IT specialist. The specialty of Germany, apart from its manufacturing and mobility, is its tradition. Günther H. Oettinger, former European Commissioner for Energy, Digital Economy and HR, said these things at TV9’s News9 Global Summit. Günther had come to this summit to give his speech on the theme Digital Economy: Vision for the Next Decade. Let us also tell you what kind of vision he presented on this occasion.
The whole of Europe will benefit with India and Germany.
Günther H. Oettinger, while presenting his vision at the summit, said that if India, Germany and Europe join hands, all three will be greatly benefited. He said that if the human resources of India and the traditions of Germany and Europe come together then both the regions can go far ahead in the path of progress. He said that there should be a general trade agreement between India and Europe. So that maximum trade can increase between the two regions. He said that we are very liberal and flexible. In such a situation, export, import and trade should increase between both the countries or rather between India and the whole of Europe.
India will be the world’s biggest GDP partner
Günther H. Oettinger further said that he is confident that India will be the world’s largest GDP partner in the next 10 years. He said that India will be the world’s largest economy by 2040 because of its population and education system. After that China, then US and later European countries will be visible. He said that India is a young country and Germany is an old country. In such a situation, India’s potential lies in its young generation. He appealed to the people of India to send their children to Germany. Study in universities here and work in IT companies here. Germany needs young people of India.
