Delhi: Now it will be available for ₹ 3113.50, which was earlier ₹ 3071.50. That means it has become costlier by ₹42.
Mumbai: Now it will be available for ₹ 3067.50, which was earlier ₹ 3024.00.
Kolkata: Here the maximum increase has been ₹ 53.50, now the new rate is ₹ 3255.50.
Chennai: Here now you will have to spend ₹3283.00, which was earlier ₹3237.00.
5 kg cylinder also expensive
People also fondly call the 5 kg FTL cylinder which is available without address proof as ‘Chhotu cylinder’. It is mostly used by students studying, laborers living outside or small street vendors. From today the price of Chhotu cylinder has been increased by ₹ 11. After this increase, this cylinder has now become available at ₹ 821.50, which was earlier available at ₹ 810.50. It is a matter of relief that the price of 5 kg domestic cylinder still remains at ₹ 339, there is no change in it.
Domestic cylinder prices did not increase
